My Story

I decided to pursue a career in real estate after the emotional and financial stress my parent’s experienced when their transaction went sideways. I knew a better experience was possible and that I had found my calling! My background in marketing, project management and contract negotiation transferred seamlessly. As a highly analytical person I provide my clients with both experiential and data driven resources and analysis.  Working as a Senior Analyst with Zillow Offers, I performed comparative market analysis (CMAs) and determined offer value for over a thousand properties across the US.

I was raised in Bellevue and graduated from the University of Washington. While in college I co-founded an award-winning thermoelectric technology start-up focused on energy solutions for people in developing countries and later spent time working with our native homeless population.

My husband and I enjoy being active real estate investors and always have a renovation project in the works. My roots are in King County, but my experience extends into Snohomish and Pierce. I earn the respect of my clients by working tirelessly on their behalf, and always offering candid advice. My success is based almost exclusively on positive referrals.
